Childrens Liturgy
Children’s liturgy at Holy Trinity takes place during the 10.30 Sunday Mass. Shortly after the start of mass, our children leave for their own
liturgy in the parish hall. They return to join the mass just before the offertory. This liturgy is generally suitable for children who have yet to make their first Eucharist or who are 8 years and under. All are made welcome.
We also have a Confirmation class for our young adults this runs in the Autumn until Pentecost.
There is children’s catechesis for the Sacraments of Reconciliation and First Holy Communion which is held on Sunday morning after the 10.30 am Mass.
There is a children’s catechetical programme designed for the children who have made their First Holy Communion and do not attend Catholic schools- this ensures continuity and progression for the youngsters between the pivotal Sacraments. This takes place after the 10.30am Mass.
